registered California corporation in the city of Sunnyvale, in the
heart of Silicon Valley. The company specializes in the development
and distribution of state-of-the-art yet economical computer aided
design software targeted for research and development and production
design of high-speed integrated circuits. The software provides
powerful automation capability for geometric manipulation, metrics,
and format conversion, optionally through an OEM-friendly server mode.
